Wonderful visit to the opticians. When I walked in the store was well presented and looked modern. All of the staff were lovely and attentive and polite and nothing felt like too much trouble. My test was completed swiftly but felt thorough and not rushed.
When it came around to picking my glasses I received lots of help and felt not rushed and found lots of lovely styles. Overall an excellent visit.

Heather and the team at Boots Opticians of Alton were fantastic! The eye test process was thorough, with everything explained in full. A referral for an issue found was required, this was dealt with straight away and I was kept informed on the process. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed – a world apart from other opticians I have been to. I felt looked after from my first contact to the last. I had a fantastic experience at this opticians. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole visit feel relaxed and comfortable, which I really appreciated.
The eye test was very thorough and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident that my eyes had been properly checked. The optometrist took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the results.
I was also really impressed with the contact lens service. The team were patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the right lenses and making sure they were comfortable and suited my needs.
I highly recommend and I will be coming here for my check ups from now on!
