Shocking since this company have taken over the care for my mother they’ve not given me any feedback back and I have absolutely no contact from them to give me any information if I need to contact them. Weekends they’re closed unless you know the out of hours number . The team assigned to my mother turn up when they want sit on their phones whilst at my mothers flat even one supposedly fell asleep whilst there . The team from the hospital were so much better . If this is what the councils think of our old then I hope I die before I need them . SHOCKING !!!!!

The end of life care support cannot be faulted. Every member of staff who cared for my loved one was kind, compassionate and extremely professional. The main live-in carer became like a member of the family. She was attentive and diligent, but also engaging and empathetic. She was able to smile and stay positive in the most difficult of circumstances, and my loved one was completely at ease with her and enjoyed her company. Likewise, all the other carers who attended the house were both courteous and respectful. They were very much appreciated and valued by my loved one and his family. We could not have been more grateful for the support and care they gave. Would highly recommend.

We used Bluezone after a recommendation from a patient in hospital who used them for daily care at home, when my mum was in being treated for a 3rd time with breathing issues.
Unfortunately she then went on to have a fall & broke her hip. We called Bluezone for some temporary night care for my mum. The whole process from the initial call to a visit in hospital to meeting mum & completing paperwork was efficient & straightforward. We cannot thank the team enough & would recommend Bluezone without any hesitation. The care was amazing & the carers really thoughtful & just wonderful with mum as at 88 it was a big step for her having someone she didn’t know in the house & sleeping over. She loved the peace of mind & security of having someone on hand to call when needing to get up in the night & was always left with a cup of tea in the morning. We had daily texts in the am & pm on arrival & leaving & it was such a weight off mine & my sisters shoulders knowing that this transition to regaining confidence was covered by such an outstanding team of carers. We really can’t praise Bluezone enough & we are all very grateful for the service they provided.
