I have been really pleased with the care provided to my mum by Bluebird Care. They have made the whole process so easy; they quickly arranged an assessment visit and were able to arrange for carers to start coming in very soon afterwards. They are great to deal with, coming back quickly to my emails and willing to make adjustments to the care provided as needed. They have been able to increase the time they are with mum as her needs have increased, as well as providing ad-hoc extra sessions as needed. The carers are very good; patient and caring and mum enjoys having them in. I really appreciate their flexibility and the service they are providing to my mum and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you Bluebird Care!
