Completely lacking in robust safeguarding and especially emergency procedures and policies. If your love one is taken ill suddenly and is unable to pull the emergency cord or button, there is no direct way of contacting the warden.
Emergency numbers on the BPHA website are not for real emergencies i.e. life and death matters, only for reporting boiler and building repairs – stuff BPHA is really interested in.
