Am so disappointed. I first attended the clinic with a funal toe nail at the end of 2024. Have now spent well over £500 and spent a year without a toe nail having had laser treatment on it and it has grown back exactly the same as when I started. They say that this treatment might not be completely successful but some sort of improvement would have been good for the time and cost spent.

I was in pain, they found me a cancelled next day slot, podiatrist was very knowledgeable, gave me lots of advice, made me a device to separate toes, found 2 corns that my nail cutter missed plus a slight ingrown nail which she removed. Brilliant service!

I have not been for my appointment as yet. But I wanted to say a huge thank you to the wonderful receptionist lady I spoke to today. Goodness she had enough to put up with! As I altered my appointment as I couldn’t get transport. Then had to alter it again. Three times in all I called this poor woman. But she was an absolute angel. Totally understanding ,and very kind. I suffer anxiety on the phone, but her kind manner put me at ease. I’m so sorry I was a pain. I just wanted to say a huge thank you as receptionist staff often get overlooked. I didn’t get her name sadly, but she deserves massive thanks xx
