The Big C Charity Shop on beccles high street is a delight! It has the nicest presented fittings rooms I’ve witnessed in a charity shop! Well presented and prices are very reasonable. The staff today weren’t welcoming, rang the items through the till without saying anything/ no smile, I tried to wish her merry Christmas but no response, brushed me aside and served the next customer, isn’t what I’ve witnessed before here so think it was just a one off! (Hence my 5 star review)

A friend ( who has early dementia) and I went into this shop yesterday and had a great time, the man on the till in a Christmas tie, (I think his name was Adrian), was very friendly as were all staff. This resulted in 2 happy customers with new dresses and a coat. We will be back.
