Received exceptional highly knowledgeable expertise from powered wheelchair specialist who found me a great chair. I have multiple complex physical disabilities but I never felt that this would be a challenge. This made me feel relaxed and not a problem. All the staff at Better Mobility are friendly, supportive and from start to finish I felt that I was in good hands. From the moment you contact them, all staff are very friendly and helpful. I agree with the previous reviewer that Rebecca’s customer service skills are excellent. Nick, who has serviced and repaired my Triride, is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. He takes pains to understand and I will have no hesitation in seeking his advice when the time comes to change my chair. Thank you, Better Mobility!
