Stuart Keegan
Small club with very friendly members. We went to watch my grand daughter play. At the end of the first innings, we were offered a cup of tea which was brought to us. A bit later on, we had a drink from the bar. Lovely little club with comfy seats to watch the play and a gazebo for shade.

A very nice venue, nice bar area run by Mad Squirrel brewery, with friendly staff, also nice decking area out the back with good views.

We held our son’s 3rd birthday party here – the Mad Squirrel team were so great, very supportive in the build up and fun & helpful on the day. James the new General Manager is such a lovely guy and really made the day event easy for us – even with 20 kids running around! There were matches on at the same tie but it didn’t matter at all. Food was great as usual and a very fun vibe!
Thanks for making the day fab. Would definitely recommend having an event here!

We recently hired Berkhamsted Cricket Club for my partner’s 40th birthday party and couldn’t be happier with the experience. James the manager was extremely helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
The venue itself was fantastic, the bar staff were friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely amazing. We truly felt well looked after from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this venue for any private function the team will take great care of you. We’ll definitely be hiring them again in the future.
