My mother recently had a raised patio installed through the BCC Adaptations Team. At first, she was a little apprehensive about having the work done, but the end result is absolutely amazing!
She is delighted with it, and the difference it has made to her day-to-day life is incredible. She can now access and enjoy her garden safely, without worrying about trips or falls.
The BCC Adaptations Team explained every stage of the process clearly from start to finish and regularly checked that we were happy with the progress and the work being carried out. The builders were professional, efficient, and respectful, completing the project within just a few days with minimal disruption.
A huge thank you to everyone involved. If anyone is feeling concerned about having adaptation work done, please don’t be—the support, communication, and quality of work were excellent, and you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks to James and team at BCC recently sorted my bathroom, thanks to Pat the bathroom fitter too. Brilliant job, 2 weeks, has changed my life, years of surgery finally feel safe in my bathroom. I recently had a new wetroom fitted w/c 28th April that took 2 weeks to complete. I am so overwhelmed with the job that was carried out. The finishing of my new wetroom is phenomenal. Sore the workman who took out my old bathroom and fitted in my new wetroom was so professional and worked very well leaving my home clean and tidy everyday after he finished. Sore was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Sore is an asset to your company. I was also pleased with the electricians who attended to carry out the electrical work and Jay the decorator was also tidy and did a great job with the finishing of the painting and the sealant of the tiles, base of toilet and shower shield etc.
I am pleaesd with the whole team from start to finish this incudes the staff that attended my home to complete the paper work.

Paul, John and Mickey were the most delightful workmen l have ever known. I was kept informed by Paul every step of the way and the work in my home, turning a toilet and bathroom into a wet room was outstanding. They were a real pleasure to have in my home for the 2 weeks the work took. I can’t recommend these lovely guys highly enough. Many thanks!
