I held a wedding anniversary party in the garden pavilion last weekend. The food served was superb and delicious. The service wonderful and the support of the staff in the bar and hotel made the whole event easy to enjoy my own party. Seriously worth every penny! Highly recommend! Stayed here for a work event, so personally wouldn’t have been a personal choice – however, you can’t really fault the hotel.
Location is nice, fairly easy to get to from the M3/M4 motorway.
I was lucky enough to be booked into the Jane Austen suite.
Very spacious, nice bathroom with a great shower, comfortable bed and separate lounge area with sofas, TV, coffee machine and with kettle too for those who prefer tea etc.
I always love when a hotel has a fridge, this suite had 2. I have a strict diet so bring my own food everywhere, fridge was perfect for keeping it chilled.
Being that it’s summer, the room was hot, thankfully they provided 2 fans as there is no AC. The thick duvet is definitely not needed though so I slept without that.
Fairly quiet, but if there’s a dinner/event below, you definitely hear it.
I didn’t have breakfast or dinner, however the hotel were very accommodating and said I could join the dinner with my own food and even offered to heat it up which is rare.
The staff are incredibly welcoming and can’t fault it.
Great site/hotel for business events and keep the coffee, snacks and drinks well stocked throughout the day.

We had an outstanding experience hosting our daughter’s quinceañera on April 25th. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. The entire team reception staff, waiters, and event personnel were incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to help with any detail we needed.
A special mention to Sam Nash, and Roxanne for the excellent support and guidance throughout the process. From our first contact with the hotel to the day of the event, everything was handled smoothly and with great care.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly, making us feel supported and well looked after at all times. The venue itself and the facilities were also excellent, providing a beautiful and comfortable setting for such a special occasion.
Highly recommended for anyone planning an event—truly exceptional service.

Fantastic stay, lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The lady on the reception desk, sorry I didn’t catch your name, was so kind and helpful. Real good old fashioned customer service – something you don’t see much of these days!
Clean well set out room. Plenty of water in the Fridge and fresh milk which was a nice touch. Noble isle toiletries which are lovely. Comfortable beds and good hot drinks selection.
We had breakfast delivered to our room and it was wonderfully presented and delicious! All the staff were friendly and polite and we had a great stay, thank you all!
Will definitely be back!

My recent stay at Audleys Wood Hotel for our company’s annual awards ceremony was truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, we got a great vibe and could tell the team were committed to going the extra mile.
A standout moment for me and my wife was during check-in. As we were fasting for Ramadan, we were asking about breakfast times. I made a slightly cheeky comment about whether it could be arranged earlier, fully expecting the answer to be no. Martin at the front desk asked why, and when I explained that we wouldn’t be eating until sunrise—around 4am—he immediately offered to have breakfast delivered to our room by the night staff at that time. This was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference to our stay.
Throughout the evening event, the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It really enhanced the experience of the ceremony.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with its connection to Jane Austen adding a charming and distinctive character. The surrounding grounds are equally impressive, I had a lovely morning walk taking in the peaceful views, which was the perfect way to end our stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The attention to detail, outstanding service, and beautiful setting make Audleys Wood Hotel a place I would definitely recommend
