From day 1 Sarah & David supported us every step of the way, making sure the arrangements gave Richard the send off he deserved.
Sarah was my point of contact in the office for the fine details for the order of service, photo’s and she was amazing as her compassion shone through at this difficult time.
David came to see us at my home and nothing was too much trouble, suggestions were made and our wishes respected. Time was not an issue and the result was a very fitting funeral for Richard where we were personally supported which made the very sad day so much easier.

From my initial phone call to my final visit, when collecting my father’s ashes, Sarah and the team at Burghfield have been wonderful. Everything was clearly explained, our wishes and thoughts discussed and respected. Every phone call or email I made, I was greeted like a friend rather than a paying client. I cannot praise them highly enough and they helped guide us through the difficult times following my father’s death, just as they did with my mum 19 years ago. A huge thank you to everyone involved, but especially Sarah for just being there!
