This company stresses me out weekly. Their communication to family of a patient in their care is non existent, emails, phone calls are unanswered, and important messages left on voicemails are not responded to. 3 different managers since dads care started and zero improvement. The extremely high turnover of staff is very stressful to a dementia sufferer who is supposed to build a relationship with his carers. 2 complaints over the time too and still no improvement.
