Either their late for calls or don’t bother at all
A couple of times my mother has been left in bed for over 5 hours as they have had no one to cover her calls disgusting I wonder how often the CQC do their checks on this so called agency ?? Would get better care at an Animalshelter !!!

This care company said they look after dad who was ill with alzheimer’s. & also had heart failure. They misses appts when they said they had attended. the never done the cleaning to any decent standard. they missed medication. & had more than one medication error. To be honest I wouldn’t trust them with a frozen chicken. We got a new care company to take over from them that put them to shame. Deffo not recommend. & your loved ones deserve better !!!
