My grandmother received some great care from this care company. There was a bit of a breakdown of communication between certain ‘ family members’ I use that term loosely! but overall my grandmother received some great care. I’ve noticed that there has been an extremely poor and hurtful review made by a so called family members mother, which should not have been left considering they were not even there. The blame has been placed on the carers and another member of my family when in fact no one was to blame and if it was, then it should have been the ‘family member’ who refused Point blank to check on my grandmother knowing full well she was taking her last breath but his attitude was to leave it to the carers when he knew something was wrong. No one was forced to resuscitate either so someone is telling porky pies. I am absolutely disgusted at the way these carers have been treated and just know that her actual family thank you for the love and care my grandmother received.

This would be a minus review after the way my daughter and another grieving relative were treated by the carers following the death of their stepmother. They were bullied and shouted at. They tried to force my daughter to resuscitate the deceased even though the person was cold and stiff, because they hadn’t been able to find the dnr form. (Although the care agency must have had it on file). The other daughter was shouted at because she hadn’t been in the room when her mum had died. (it happened in the middle of the night, there was only 1 bedroom and no room for anyone else). The dnr form was found eventually. Outrageous behaviour by the carers, both stepdaughters were traumatised by the whole experience.
