Visited A Phone Shop after my iPhone 16 stopped charging after warning of liquid detection. I tried all the tricks I could find online with no results. Hira was super helpful and got my phone charging again with a clean and a knowledgeable poke about. Great service, would recommend.

Just went in to get myself a new vape in beccles. I asked the gentleman who was working in there how much? To his reply he said £25 which is not the right price and when I questioned that I normally pay 20 he charged me 20. I don’t like people trying to rip me off and I will not be visiting this shop again.

First time popping in here, and must admit slightly reluctant due to the precarious nature of my phone screen and the risk of further damage taking it apart.
However, gentleman was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Replaced the swollen battery (which they had my make and model in stock) and refitted the screen with care. Now my phone’s working as good as new and has hopefully extended its life by another year or two. Thanks!
