I had a 9am appointment, ( no need to arrive 10 mins early as shop only opens at 9am) staff were great and I was checked in quickly, health eye checks performed and straight into see the optician.

Absolutely amazing with my little boy who has regular eye tests. Being 8 years old glasses often get broken/go missing they’re always quick to help. My little boy absolutely loves going to choose his new glasses and he’s a huge fan of Martin who works there. I previously used to get his eyes tested elsewhere but I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Great with children and all round top tier customer service.

Helpful and friendly team, eye test was done quickly so very little waiting time. Only downfall was the price range of sunglasses was very narrow and high and as someone who frequently loses or breaks/scratches glasses I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a pair:

Easy plentiful parking, and convenient location inside Sainsbury’s store. I was quickly spoken to on attending the reception area by friendly and helpful staff. Preliminary eye checks were carried out quickly and efficiently by other friendly and personable staff members. The optometrist was equally welcoming and thorough, welcoming, and answering any questions I had professionally and helpfully. They were a variety of glasses to try on, with helpful but not intrusive support from a member of staff – I was also able to try them online virtually before hand which was extremely helpful in narrowing down my preferences. Fitting and collection also went extremely smoothly. A quick, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them.
