I came into this opticians on a whim as the old ownership me and my partner both agreed was unprofessional and very obsessed with upsetting.
I came in on a whim and Kai (probably butchering/spelling of name) was so insanely helpful I was shocked. I told him I wanted to pay he said just pay by returning as a customer and he fixed my frames free of charge on the spot. If he continues providing customer service like this they deserve all the success in the world with the business and I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently had an eye test and contact lens fitting at Theale Eyecare and Hearcare and was very impressed with the entire experience. My optician, Khai and his colleague were incredibly diligent throughout the appointment.
He conducted both a comprehensive eye test and as well as a contact lens fitting. He took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and answered any questions that I had.
I would highly recommend a visit to this lovely practice for anyone looking for excellent eye care.
