The carers for dad are lovely and provide excellent care for his medical needs, personal hygiene and house care. He was opposed to the idea of carers to begin with but they make him feel pampered, so he’s come around to the idea which wasn’t easy. Q1 stepped in, at very short notice, to help my mother who became bed bound due to illness. Obviously it would have been impossible to have been given a rota of regular staff immediately. This means that we have met a number of different carers and they have all been wonderful, very caring, gentle and diligent.

Unfortunately I’d love to leave a positive review however we have had nothing but problems. As a carer myself working in the care industry for many years, the quality and efficiency of the company is very low, staff are not trained properly and adequately, but it’s the management which is the worst part of the company. Not a single thing we asked of them was ever done, everything was too much trouble. What care agency runs with no care plan in place? No communication when running early or late. Very poorly managed.
