This residential home is one of only a few that has an outstanding rating by the CQC in our local area. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the home is well maintained. The level of care is exceptional and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual with families being fully informed and involved in all aspects of care.
Safeguarding and covid precautions are of a very high standard and I strongly recommend Victoria Cottage to anyone who is looking for a care home for their loved one.
