Absolutely awful care home! My poor dad who was in his 80’s was shouted at by night staff! Luckily I was on the phone and heard it! Manager absolutely awful it took me days to speak to her and she was so rude !
If your loved ones go here make sure they are of sound mind and you call daily ! God knows what goes on with those that are not of sound mind ! An absolute diabolical level of care

Kimbolton Lodge in Bedford has been the home of our dad since August 2023 following a long stay in hospital. It’s a fantastic nursing home and we are really happy that this is where he is staying. Dad now has complicated nursing/medication needs, the nursing team are skilled and efficient in maintaining this routine, and the carers consistently look after him very well with his personal needs. He’s as happy as he can be in his own room with his own belongings around him. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and have a genuine bond with dad, they care for him like he’s one of their own!

The Staff at Kimbolton Lodge are absolutely amazing, their care that they give is just so good. We thank them so much for looking after my father whilst he was in rehab with them. Our family will always be eternally grateful for how amazing these guys have been.

My mum has been in Kimbolton Lodge nursing home for 8 years and I would have to say on the whole she has been treated well, she has built up a positive relationship with all members of staff,and we as her family have always been treated with respect and kindness. There have been issues with a high turnover of managers this has now been resolved. I would recommend this facility for anyone who was looking for a nursing or residential facility
