I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you and your fabulous team for the genuine friendliness, hospitality and wonderful care given to my mum over these past 2 weeks which made her stay with you so enjoyable.
I was able to enjoy a very relaxing break from the pressure and sometimes challenging elements of being primary carer for an elderly parent knowing she was being well cared for by your dedicated team of professional staff.
Across all disciplines, Nursing, Lifestyle, Catering, Hospitality, Housekeeping and your management team, mum’s care and wellbeing has been second to none.
