Lillibet House Residential Care Home

4* plus. My partner has had to move homes and Lillibet has been very welcoming. The house is very clean, freshly painted and the staff are all amazing. It can’t be easy to look after dementia residents but an excellent activity programme ensures that residents are stimulated.
The CQC report was very poor but I cannot believe the rating – they certainly don’t deserve such a low assessment. The management are superb, always available and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drink is always available and snack boxes are very popular in between meals. The whole atmosphere is excellent and residents are always treated with respect which I feel is very important. ❤️

As in all care homes the staff are under great pressure, however the caring attitude of the manager and all the care workers I met was heartening. On visiting my aunt I found her room and the surroundings to be clean and tidy as was she. Her last few years at this home were made as comfortable as possible and I was kept properly informed of her condition. I always felt satisfied that she was in a good place.
