I can only thank the Staff & Carers at Hazelodge for looking after my mum in her final days. During her 7 months there she got to know everybody & found her safe place. One of the nice things on visiting was being able to take her to ‘Home Cafe’ where complimentary Tea & coffee & delicious cakes were served all day & this gave her a sense of belonging, especially with the wonderful garden settings. Because there were no ‘temp’ staff eveyone new my mum and we got updates regularly, so thankyou to everyone, Riki & her Team

Mum has been living at Hazel Lodge for 18 months now. She was very anxious when she first arrived but soon settled in. She has lost all her anxiety and is now very content. The care and attention by all the staff is exceptional and there is always a calm, happy atmosphere. The the lovely bistro and garden are very relaxing areas to spend time with family and friends. I would recommend Hazel Lodge to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

What a lovely place! I’ve been to many community events at Hazel Lodge over the last few years & always receive a warm welcome from Sharon & the staff. They go out of their way to look after everyone, with residents & guests. It is well kept & has a beautiful garden. I always look forward to attending events there. 😀

The care staff at Hazel Lodge Care Home are excellent and truly dedicated to what they do. They are consistently kind, patient, and respectful, always taking the time to make residents feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for.
