I recently visited Heanton and was impressed by how welcoming the team and set-up was, especially for the St Christopher School Reunion Event hosted by the home. The kitchen team made some delicious cakes and the turn out was great.

I recently visited Heanton and found the team to be incredibly welcoming and helpful. All the residents looked very well looked after and it was clear the team had a very good understanding of their needs and what was important to each of them. It felt very much like a family/home environment. I visited during lunch and the food smelled great. I also met some visiting relatives and they seemed very happy with the care and support their loved ones received.

My Mother-in Law had early onset Alzheimer’s and on the 7th of January 2026 passed away at the age of 64. We tried two other homes before we found Heanton. I wish we had found it first. The level of care she received at Heanton was exceptional. She was happy and loved and I will never be able to express how truly grateful we are to all the staff for looking after her.
If you have a family member with dementia Heanton would be my first choice. They understand complex needs and give people back their dignity.
My MIL was at Heanton for over a year and I am so happy this was were she saw out her last days

My friends dad has recently joined Heanton. She has moved him miles away from home to receive the amazing care that this home can offer. He has the freedom to be himself and the culture that the home can offer. He moves around the home freely and engages with us on a daily basis. Heanton and the quality of care is phenomenal and wouldn’t wish her dad to be anywhere else
