The care my mother receives at Montfort Manor is second to none. The rooms are clean, airy and light and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The facilities are very nice and there is a cafe, a hair salon, a cinema and a bar, all of which make it feel very luxurious. The staff are all absolutely lovely and kind. They are efficient and very caring and they take very good care of all my mother’ needs. The food is absolutely delicious, with a choice every day. Visitors are also welcomed with cakes and coffee in the cafe. There is a gorgeous garden where residents and visitors can enjoy a calm and pretty environment. There are numerous daily activities organised, such as films, exercise classes, craft, flower arranging and concerts. There are also trips out. It’s been a delight to see how well cared for my mother is and we are very reassured that she is safe and happy in Montfort Manor.

I attended an event at Montfort Manor in Ashford last week, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was given such a warm welcome, not just from the staff but also from the lovely, cosy atmosphere inside, which was especially nice on a chilly day.
Montfort Manor is a beautiful care home that offers fantastic services. The staff are incredibly caring and friendly, making it feel like a real home-from-home. The chef creates some truly delicious food, which was a real treat, especially those sausage rolls!
A particularly lovely touch is that they allow dogs to visit the residents, which must bring so much joy. It’s clear that Montfort Manor genuinely cares about the happiness and well-being of everyone there.
