I feel Mum is well cared for at Park view. The staff are all so caring. The home lays on lots of entertainment including singers and bbq’s which we have just attended. All families and friends are included and made to feel welcomed.

I have a family member at Park View that has dementia. This was a very difficult decision to make. All the staff at Park View has made this journey a lot easier. All staff at Parkview are very welcoming on every visit. The care is great and I know my loved one is being well looked after. They are very content and happy living at Park View. Lots of engagement from the activities team. The home always looks and smells clean. The management team are great, very approachable and responsive. I am extremely happy with Park View and the care and support they provide.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Park View. From the moment you walk in, it is clear that residents are all treated with genuine kindness as has my grandmother. The level of care provided is truly exceptional and it is reassuring to know that my grandmother is in such safe and compassionate hands. What really stands out is the superb and highly experienced management team, their leadership is evident in every aspect of the home, from the professionalism of the staff to the warm welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. They are attentive, approachable and clearly committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. The staff go above and beyond every single day showing patience, understanding and dedication to my grandmother and clearly to all the residents wellbeing. It is a place where people are not just cared for but truly valued. Staff are really good with mum, who is living with advanced Alzheimer’s. Mum really likes the staff. The building is purpose built and modern so is much better for those with reduced mobility – better than other homes that are converted and not purpose built.
The food is great – I’ve sampled it myself! The home has great links with GP surgery and district nurse so mum gets to see a GP very promptly or gets dressings changed by nurse very promptly. Staff are always courteous and helpful to us as visitors
