Zinha’s Hair & Beauty Salon

I haven’t had my hair done here in a while, so I can’t comment on the styling services at the moment. However, I regularly visit to purchase hair products. The prices are reasonable and fairly competitive, which is why I continue to return.

Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been very disappointing. On my recent visit, I walked in and both stylists looked at me while continuing their conversation with each other and braiding clients’ hair. I said hello but did not receive any response. They continued speaking loudly to one another and did not acknowledge me.

When I went to the counter to pay, one of the staff members approached while still engaged in conversation with her colleague. She stood at the counter without greeting or acknowledging me and continued her discussion for about a minute before calculating the total on a calculator and turning it toward me without saying anything.

After I paid in cash, she did not return my change or offer any explanation, nor did she say thank you. She simply walked away and resumed her conversation.

This experience was disappointing, but unfortunately not surprising, as I have encountered similar service on previous visits. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, as the pricing and product range are good, but the overall experience makes it difficult to feel valued as a customer.

Amazing hair salon with lots of hair products/ extensions. I am very happy with my hair and I would definitely recommend Zinha’s. My box braids were £107 including the Expressions.
