We used delightful Emma for about 3 years for my father to help him remain independent in his own home . She was comfortable with his medical needs and assisted him with personal needs too. She has a good understanding of what an elderly person requires and supported dad by listening, being kind and respectful. Dad enjoyed Emma days and she made him laugh. She is a team player and also listens to other family members to ensure a best care approach . We would have carried on using Emma however dad needed to go into a care home .
