I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and support provided by the team at this care home. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the kindness, respect, and dedication that every staff member brings to their work.
The carers are compassionate, patient, and always take the time to understand individual needs. They treat residents with genuine dignity and warmth, creating a safe and homely environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Communication with families is excellent, and the staff are always approachable and willing to help with any concerns. It is clear that the well-being of residents is at the heart of everything they do.
I am truly grateful for the peace of mind they provide and would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care for their loved ones.

Very happy with the care home. Mum is happy and settled. Staff are very friendly and management structure is excellent. We would highly recommend the home. The facilities are up to date clean and tidy. We always have positive interactions with all the staff in the home

I Visit Winchcombe Place every month to change their flower displays. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It is a real highlight of the month.
The atmosphere is always a happy one with the staff laughing and joking with the residents.

My mother has been a resident at Winchcombe care home for nearly 4 years now, and within 3 days mum smiled and said is this my forever home ? How can I sum up this extraordinary care home in a few words? Family/ homely/ caring/empathy/outstanding! Residents are treated with dignity, and alternative choices are given if the menu choices don’t suite. There’s a variety of activities each day both mornings/ afternoons and some early evenings. The management, receptionists-office staff all engage with the residents as do the cleaning and laundry staff ! What a refreshing inclusive environment to be a part of. As for the team leaders and the carers? They can have extremely trying time ( certainly with my mum!) but they are happy and smiley, which makes the residents experience a happy home from home.
