Following on from my visit today, I would like to take the time to say thank you to all the staff at Willow House. From the moment I entered the home, till the moment I left, everyone was welcoming, caring and friendly.
Residents looked genuinely happy and it was very obvious they felt safe and comfortable. The staff interacted with their residents in a very respectful, dignified and heartfelt manner, which made my visit a little more emotional than what I expected. The homely environment and atmosphere makes this place a true home way from home.
A thank you to the manager who was also very approachable and friendly, leading from the front with a passionate attitude and a kind, caring heart.
Well done to the team. I wish all care homes in the country were as outstanding in their care delivery.

Always difficult when you pass care onto strangers and very difficult to accept. Willow house were incredible they helped so much with the process. Dad had such love showered upon him his room was airy and clean, the communal areas are fresh and bright they made all family members feel welcome. Big thanks to all the staff especially at the end would, highly recommend.

Kind Caring and Outstanding. Loving to the residents, all of the residents needs are met individually, centered very much around individual personalities. The staff go above and beyond for each resident. The manager is dedicated, and cares about each resident. The residents are genuinely loved. I cannot recommend the home enough. All of the home has specific activities that match each residents personality. And they even have a house bunny to keep them company.Visitors are always made welcome, and cups of tea always available.
