Virtue Care

We have been using Virtue Care since January 2025 and wow ! I was very nervous about having a full time carer to take care of my nan who has dementia. But from the second Sandra walked through my nans door I’ve never had any regrets, my nans face lit up the first time she saw Sandra and she has continued to smile ever since, they sing , dance, play and have a good laugh together. The management team call me regularly to check in and see how things are going . They send people to do on the spot inspections as-well to check in on everything which is great. Our amazing carer Sandra takes such good care of my nan, the bond they have is amazing and beautiful to watch. Sandra is fun, loving and caring and extreamly professional. She deals with my nans dementia in such a good way resulting in my nan feeling happy , loved and not lonely . She keeps me up to date on everything daily and will report everything to me and her management team daily. Sandra is part of our family now and we are so very grateful to the company and Sandra for making my nans life a happy place to be. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for live in care , they are incredible and everything had been so smooth from the beginning onwards.
