UBCUK Cirencester offers a superb service for businesses which need a virtual office. Having an on-site reception team who are available to receive all our incoming business mail and parcels gives us the flexibility of arranging collection when available. The comfort of knowing everything is safe gives us a sense of reassurance. In addition to this, UBCUK Cirencester has a range of meeting spaces which has proved invaluable when we have face to face meetings with clients. Nina, the centre manager and Michelle who looks after front of house are professional, friendly and personable. They have supported our business in many ways, including being very accommodating at short notice when we have unexpected meetings. UBCUK Cirencester also offers postal and printing services as well as a telephone call answering service – there is an opportunity for a truly bespoke service to any business wishing to have all the bells and whistles of a larger organisation without the hassle and large overheads.
Above all, despite being a virtual office tenant, Nina and her team have always included us as part of the UBCUK Cirencester business family which as a small business is very welcome and important – to be part of a local business community. Jen and the team are amazing, always smiling and keen to offer any help. Jen is very entrepreneurial and comes up with great ideas for events to help her tenants. There are really good facilities for both tenants and business that need to rent temporary space such as meetings rooms. The location is really easy to get to, just outside Cirencester and has plenty of parking.
I’d definitely recommend UBCUK Cirencester.

Our satellite office has been based at UBC Cirencester for about three years now, and I have to say that we have been very happy with the service and facilities. The proximity to town is great, there is nearly always parking available, and the office spaces are clean and tidy. Jenna and her team are all very friendly and welcoming and they do what they can to resolve any issues that might arise.
