Absolutely appalling.
There is a staff member, Elias, who repeatedly neglects his duties. Instead of doing the job he is paid for, he spends excessive amounts of time on his phone while others are forced to pick up the slack. In a care setting, where people’s wellbeing should be the top priority, this level of laziness is beyond unacceptable.
His behaviour towards colleagues is just as bad, if not worse. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and comes across as openly hostile. There is a clear pattern of belittling others, creating a toxic and uncomfortable working environment that no professional setting should tolerate. This kind of attitude doesn’t just affect staff morale, it directly impacts the quality of care being provided.
What is truly shocking is that this behaviour does not appear to be new. Complaints have clearly been raised, yet nothing meaningful has been done. It raises serious concerns about management and their willingness to address unacceptable conduct.
Frankly, it is alarming that someone who demonstrates such a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect is still employed in a role that demands compassion and responsibility. It does not inspire any confidence in the standard of care being delivered.
Elias is, quite simply, a liability in a role where people deserve far better! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Poor as can be. In the 6 weeks my mum was there, we saw residents left unable to eat food left infront of them with no assistance from staff, residents left uncovered with no blankets covering their naked shoulders, a whole room of residents left in front of the television of a football match. Staff asleep, staff on their phones when residents needed attending to, one evening, all the staff were in the reception area with a door shut with all the residents left unattended. The interior of the building is shabby, often dirty looks unkept uncared for. We bought my mother, a plant which was left to die. Cuddly, toys were taken and not returned when she left. The bed and the bathroom were often filthy. The rooms are very poor and bland.
There seemed to be a lack of real care and effort, and we have seen other homes to compare it against On top of top of that, communication was pretty poor and all round one star is one star too many. I would avoid at all costs.

The staff are happy, friendly and treat all with respect, kindness. My mum was there for 5 years and it was a comfortable place to be. Well done 👏 and a massive thank you for helping mum. Be proud.

Exceptional team. Run with kindness and warmth for residence and family. Icsn go in at any time of day. Residents hBe lots of freedom and things to do. My friend feels safe. I trust the team implicitly which really puts minds at rest.

Fantastic care of Dad during his final weeks. He was not there for long but the care was superb. He was always clean and in fresh clothes and the carers and nurses went out of their way to help Mum and the rest of the family as they sat with him in his final days. Brilliant
