I have visited the care home twice in the last 2 weeks and each time found the home to be warm, welcoming and the team supportive and helpful. The home has a lovely atmosphere and residents appeared happy, well cared for and it was evident that the manager had a great rapport with the team. A lovely home.

Very welcoming and friendly environment. Staff were polite and happy to help. I enjoyed my visit with my daughter, it was lovely being able to speak and interact with those living at Thirlestaine and meeting some of their relatives. The feedback I recieved form both the people living there and their families about Manager and the staff was wonderful.

As a musician, I greatly enjoy visiting Thirlestaine Park, Cheltenham, in order to deliver music sessions to residents. There is always a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the home, and facilities are excellent. Residents seem to genuinely enjoy the activities which are put on for them, and are always greatly appreciative of the efforts of their staff and of visitors. I look forward to my next visit at this friendly and welcoming home!

Thirlestaine Park is such a lovely home to visit. I regularly provide entertainment and am always impressed by how happy and well cared for the residents are. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
