Great place for a kid birthday party!

Very nice place for parties. It’s not huge, neither too small. Ideal for 10, maybe 15 families. Parking is tight, you can oark on road. Just be careful not to block the drives of residents. There’s a park and big field behind the place and kids love it there. There’s kitchen, toilets etc

Beautiful little place for my daughter’s intimate wedding reception. Only drawback was the tiny carpark which meant parking on a narrow residential lane but I think the residents were used to it as there were signs ensuring drives were not blocked.
Everywhere was very clean and tidy when we arrived the previous day to decorate and there were hooks in place already so we had no trouble making this picturesque place beautiful (although, stupidly, we didn’t take any photos). Outside was lovely too and even though there was a little play area just outside the fence it was very quiet when we were there.
The kitchen had everything we needed, again, all very clean and tidy. Plenty of chairs and tables available.
The lady we hired it from made contact to say how much she appreciated us leaving it as clean and tidy as we found it which we appreciated very much.

Used Sands Room as a venue for birthday party. Fits in bouncy castle with a slide with room to spare; plus stage area. Everything that’s needed is on site, kitchen has kettles, dishes and cooker. Wonderful place with a playground right by it.
