My glasses broke yesterday and my spares are very scratched. I phoned on the off chance today that they may be open and give me some advice. 3 hours later and my lenses were fitted into new frames whilst maintaining the government guidelines throughout. I felt very safe and very grateful for such a great service from such lovely people

Amazing service from the team here today. I walked in with a broken pair of glasses and walked out 20 minutes later with newly framed lenses! Always friendly, helpful and caring towards their customers. A great asset to the Ash Vale shopping community.

I am so pleased with the service I have received from this opticians. Absolutely lovely staff, friendly and inviting. They made me feel so welcome and looked after and I am so grateful for everything they have done for me. The lady rang me back immediately after I left an enquiry on their voicemail and she did her upmost to fit me in that very same day as I had broken my glasses. I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes after that call. I was immediately looked after and as I had my young son with me he was offered an eye examination also! Both were completed in no time at all and my son was so at ease he had a whale of a time and despite having perfect vision, insisted he needed glasses to watch tv! After my eye examination I was then guided through a choice of frames by the loveliest lady. She helped me to choose and was very caring. Once I had chosen she helped me arrange payment. I came back two days later to pay (the lovely lady had rang me the next day to say my glasses were ready however). She remember who I was and engaged with my son. She is a credit to the business well and truly! She complimented my glasses once I’d tried them on and made adjustments with no bother at all. She asked me if I was happy with the free case and advised me when to come back for a check up. I left feeling extremely satisfied and with a smile on my face knowing that there are such kind people out there. Thank you for everything you have done for me 🙂
