Super service from all the team, Steve sorted me out another pair for working all day at the computer, as well as two other pairs. Lottie and the other ladies are always so very friendly. Very good communication, always get an SMS from them. It is rare today to find good attentive staff in any retail environment, keep it up and I know that us public must drive you lot mad at times but you don’t show it. Thank you, T.O

Before you go anywhere else, please visit The Glasses Shop in Aldershot. Came back from holiday to realise I had left my glasses on the plane. Someone told be about The Glasses Shop. Rang them up and spoke to Tom who was amazing. Went in later that day and Tom gave me temporary lenses so I could drive legally. (Had driven in the rain wearing my sun glasses). Was told my glasses would take 2 weeks, yet just under I got a call to say they were ready.
These guys are extremely helpful and value your custom much more than any high street brand. These glasses fit better than ANY other glasses i have had previously from any high street optician. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!
