my dad was in this home, the care he received was amazing, never have I seen him smile so much. He always waved at the staff and everyone always had the time to smile, wave and say hello to him, that meant everything to him.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Most of the staff are lovely and try their hardest but with not enough staff there is only so much they can do which is not good enough.

A REAL REVIEW!!!!!!!! What a horrible home this place has turned into. The staff leave the residents suffering and just talk over them and ignore them. 10yrs ago it was a lovely place, then the constant change over of managers and staff is ridiculous. I am a perfectly able person and even i get confused. Shirley was the last capable manager of this so called care home. Never would i let another member of my family go to this place

That is because we moved him out of there last year to a proper care home that had all the facilties to look after him and actual caring staff.
