Always great to see Paul and his team. They are very helpful, polite and ready to answer questions. I’ve been seeing Paul over a decade and always find him very professional, he takes time to explain everything in great detail and puts me at ease. The great selection of frames that is also affordable is just a great bonus.

From the minute I walked through the door it was a great experience. It was clean, busy but lots of staff to accommodate, polite staff and easy to book in. Minimal waiting, each step of the diagnostic test before was clear and each step was explained to me. I then waited less than 5 minutes to be seen by, Paul! Who also had a student in with him. Paul, was so good, clear, again explained each step to me, and was just a very nice experience from start to finish. I was in and out all within 20 minutes with no new prescription needed. I had a voucher for my eye test to only be £10 so even better too! So my response is, Yes I would recommend Marlborough Specsavers!

Paul the optician was amazing too. Asking lots of detailed questions about how I used the glasses and giving me a fantastic recommendation about what to get to reduce eye strain when working on the computer.

My recent visit to Specsavers Marlborough was a very positive experience overall. From arrival through to completion, the staff were professional, welcoming, and well organised. The optician took the time to explain the results of my eye test clearly and answered questions without rushing, which I appreciated. The equipment used appeared modern, and the examination felt thorough and reassuring.
When choosing glasses, the team were helpful without being pushy, offering practical advice on frames and lenses that suited my needs rather than simply upselling. Communication throughout was clear, including timescales for collection and what to expect next.
The only reason I have not scored a full 10 is that the branch was quite busy at the time, which led to a short wait despite having an appointment. That said, this was handled well by staff and did not detract significantly from the overall experience.
Based on the quality of service, professionalism of the team, and confidence in the care provided, I would be very happy to recommend Specsavers Marlborough to friends and family.
