Cynthia and team looked after my aged Dad who suffers from Parkinson’s. They were really caring, proactive and hard working, going above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions.
The care plan and Dad’s needs were regularly reviewed and where needed helpful suggestions were made.
They reacted quickly when Dad’s needs increased due to illness and ramped up care and the number of visits at very short notice.
Pehaps the greatest tribute is that Dad in common with many elderly people was sceptical about having care, but they developed a lovely relationship with him and won him over.
