Anthony from the Ipswich depot has been looking after my wheelchair for about 7 years. Anthony always arrives with a smile. Attention to detail is his goal when repairing or fitting new parts. He always checks the chair after he’s finished, making sure the wheelchair is as it should be. I look forward to his visit – which I’m pleased to say is not that often as the wheelchair is kept in good repair. It’s alway a pleasure to see him, not only because I know my wheelchair will be repaired to my satisfaction but because he always has the right attitude.
I have at times had other fitters from Ipswich who also do a wonderful job.

Jamie from Ipswich is brilliant he does Awesome work and always cleans up behind himself every time and asks if we want to keep other items that has been replaced. Also he loves our dog Chester 🐕🦺 and Chester loves Jamie.
