My aunt lives in Downton and doesn’t have any children to look after her. My sister and I live miles away and it is our responsibility to look after our aunt. She didn’t initially want any support because she was fairly independent but Right At Home were brilliant at putting her at ease and I would like to thank them for helping my sister and I to feel comfortable with the care our aunt is receiving.

I want to share how fantastic the team are at ‘Right at Home, Salisbury and Andover’. Courtney and Claire arranged to visit my Dad everyday in the summer (July 2025) whilst I was abroad on holiday. They were incredibly professional and quick to respond and organise his care at short notice. And they took such great care of him whilst I was away, as if he were part of their own family. He loved the companionship of their daily visits and chats, and they took such fabulous care of his complex health and everyday needs. It was such a relief to know I could leave him in trusted hands and I could enjoy being away. I can definitely recommend their fantastic and caring service, and will absolutely be using their service again. Thank you so much Courtney and Claire!
