I visited with my mum, checking out possible care homes. I was so impressed at the quality of the environment, the staff we met, the accommodation and care here, we signed up on the spot for the one (beautifully positioned, decorated and equipped) room that was available. I am certain that mum will enjoy living here and it will be a pleasure to visit with her regularly as a result. I am sure I’ll leave more positive feedback as mum settles in. I am just so pleased we were able to act immediately to secure mums place here, as the best homes aren’t sitting with empty rooms, waiting for people to come along. I feel lucky we got there when we did, as it eclipsed every other one of the top notch places we’d shortlisted !

EMA Patient Transport were at this outstanding care home recently. We picked a resident up from their home and transferred them here using our care and nursing home transport services. The care home is beautiful inside and out, with superb facilities and excellent staff. The refreshments aren’t bad thank you either!

I recently organised for my Mum to have 3 weeks respite care at Ridgeway Rise, the staff, facilities and level of care were exceptional. Everyone there was so kind and Mum was treated with dignity and respect and I felt very reassured that she was in great hands. Mum has already said she would like to go back for another stay later in the year.

I am truly impressed by the high quality service and the excellent facilities at Ridgeway Rise. The staff are all courteous, very accommodating, and ready to provide assistance. Upon entering, you get a sense that this is a well-run care home which reminds you of a nice hotel – great interiors, clean facilities, and sufficient parking. I highly commend Bella & team for the wonderful work they do to achieve this amazing standard.
