Honestly the worst experience. Staff claiming they know better than a consultant, complete lack of understand of mental health and different diagnoses and how that affects someone.
Total disregard to documentation/care plan written up and so led to fungal infections and raw skin.
It may look nice but it stops there sadly. Even the manager walked out and she was the person I trusted.
