My mother needed an emergency placement recently due to my father, her primary carer, becoming ill. They were superb in supporting us as a family. After 3 days of struggling to get approporiate help with SBC we eventually go approval for respite.
They allowed us to book her in late on Friday night and looked after her brilliantly until dad was released from hospital. The staff are friendly and helpful and they looked after mum well.
The room she had was spacious and had plenty of space to store her things.

Quarry Mount is a lovely care home. Super friendly staff. Lovely building with a stunning garden, with tables and chairs for residents to enjoy the lovely weather. Great regular entertainment for residents, nothing better than seeing them all smiling and singing along. Would highly recommend for permanent or respite care.
