Had appointment today – chap called to cancel. Wants to come tomorrow – just rralused that I’ve
got doctor’s appointment. Despite several calls to company NOBODY picks up. Website won’t open…pathetic

Don’t care about clientss try and get a complaint dealt with waste of time eg how does a blind brain damaged client without a computer send in an online form . Person on phone said all carer can do is do a witness statement. What a cop out . Also carer spend most of time on their phones when supposed to be helping someone with shopping
