I was in the shop looking at all there scooters decided to buy new, didn’t have to wait long, 4 days, I was shown a few times on how to take it apart load it into my car, the staff are extremely helpful in making sure I was happy with the choice I made.i would highly recommend this shop if your looking to buy a scooter. Have everything a disabled person needs.

Very positive experience. After arriving on our holiday from Surrey we found that our boot scooter wasn’t working. We found Phillips mobility on Google, and made contact. We arranged to leave our scooter with them and hire one at a very affordable price until ours could be fixed. Although I live in Ipswich I go to Felixstowe for my Mobility bits and bobs and servicing because Phillips are by far the best Mobility people in the area.
Friendly and knowledgeable service from Sam and Andy. Nothing is too much trouble. They do out visits to Ipswich if necessary with their well equipped van. Andy has fixed my scooters and added years to them when other dealers said were finished and should be dumped. I have also had excellent new scooters from them. Fair prices. New and used scooters available and most other mobility accessories.
What more can I say? Simply the best.
