I live in Canada and have family in Wiltshire about to celebrate a milestone event. Following a recommendation from another family member l chose to send flowers from Paloma Lily.
I couldn’t have chosen better. In error I had provided the wrong delivery address. The way Bryony handled the problem was so kind considerate and thoughtful. Even phoning me while trying to deliver and returning to the florist to give me the opportunity to correct my mistake. This was made more complicated due to the seven hour time difference. Frequently I was assured that it was “No Problem” The flowers were delivered in plenty of time. Gift problems to my family in Wiltshire are now solved. I have since received rave reviews of how lovely are the flowers you selected. Thank you.❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely delighted with my surprise peonies this morning!! My partner knows I love the quality of Paloma Lily and drove a nearly 2 hour round trip to get me some for my hair salon. They were wrapped beautifully. Love the guys in the actual shop, they are so knowledgeable and just 10/10 all round!

Went in to see if they had a couple of plants I wanted, they had one and offered to order the other one, asked me what size I wanted and how much I wanted to spend roughly.
The lady in there was so nice, really chatty and very knowledgeable, she recommended places to see in the village and held onto the plants I wanted so we wouldn’t have to cart them around.
Finally I was really impressed with how well they were wrapped up for me, haven’t had such good service from any other plant shop, really recommend it!

I used Paloma Lily flowers recently for my wedding and was fitted in very last minute (a week before the event), having not met me and having been given a very short brief of my colour scheme and preferences, I was given expert advise and felt in very safe hands.
The flowers were delivered early in the morning and were beautiful. The roses in the bouquet had a lovely scent and they complimented the dresses incredibly well – I had compliments all day. Very happy with the professional and excellent service they delivered.
