Comfortable and caring environment, with a great team who will look after your loved ones with compassion and respect. I’m confident that my mother is very well cared for here.

I visit Oakhaven every fortnight representing Anna Chaplaincy, a Christian outreach to residential care homes in Cheltenham. It is called a knit and natter afternoon, but more nattering is done than knitting! It is a great joy to get to know the residents. I am always impressed by the caring atmosphere and the devoted staff. There is always an interesting calendar of activites for the residents to take part in. I feel it a privilege to be able to get to know residents and staff.

I have visited several times during the last year to visit my father s cousin Ruby who is now 101 and is very happy there. I am always welcomed cheerfully and politely, often receiving coffee and biscuits with Ruby! Thank you everybody!

My mother has lived here for over six years and my brother and I feel reassured that she is in good hands. The staff and management are caring and friendly, the building and grounds are kept up to a high standard and there is a daily programme of activities including trips out and visits from singers, musicians and lecturers, as well as occasional get-togethers with the residents and their families. The food is also very good.
