Cara’s AuDHD / life coaching sessions were brilliant. She really understands how different brains work and gave me practical tools and ideas to tackle challenges at work, in everyday life and relationships. I came away feeling clearer, more confident and able to approach things differently.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would absolutely recommend!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Cara’s exceptional support over the past year. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me adapt to my unique neurodivergent needs, and she has continuously inspired me to elevate my skill set to a more advanced level than I previously thought possible.
Cara has consistently provided valuable recommendations on various coping strategies, emotional regulation techniques, useful applications, equipment, and additional resources, all of which have proven to be immensely beneficial.
I wholeheartedly recommend Cara, as she has cultivated a profound understanding of my individual requirements and has tailored each session to maximize its relevance and effectiveness for me.

The group supervision meetings with Neuro Directions is a superb way of supporting coaches professionally and helping them to develop their practice further. Cara covers a wide variety of topics and always ensures that our discussions are framed within the latest research and peer-reviewed studies. Relevant research articles and other resources are sent well in advance of the meetings and they are conducted in a way that fosters community, collaboration, and support. I thoroughly recommend group supervision meetings with this company.

I’ve been working with Cara for around a year, and in that time she’s been an amazing help, I can’t thank her enough! She has a seemingly encyclopaedic knowledge of practical things that can help – tangible strategies that can be put into place. She also has a real knack for helping me get to the bottom of each challenge, and once we understand why it’s a challenge she’s always there with a variety of possible solutions. I’ve also had sessions with Cara where it’s been less coaching a more therapy, which I’m also incredibly grateful for.
As well as supporting me with strategies for work and in my personal life, Cara also coaches me as a parent and gives me strategies that my young son can use too.
I absolutely recommend Cara to anybody looking to give ADHD coaching a go – you won’t regret it 😊

Cara is an absolutely brilliant coach. The coaching relationship feels deeply safe and supportive, thanks to her empathic way of being with clients, and she has tremendous expertise. Cara can facilitate nuts-and-bolts problem solving as seamlessly as she can hold space for emotional exploration, and she brings deep insight to both (and everything in between).
As a midlife woman recently diagnosed with ADHD and autism, coaching with Cara has been a truly invaluable resource. Plus, she’s a joy to work with. I recommend her to anyone looking for a coach to accompany them through change, challenge, or simple curiosity about who you are, how life is, and how it might be.
